Chi Kung / Meditation -- is a class that focuses on breathing techniques to help one to harmonize oneself with one's environment. This allows an individual to relax more deeply and reduce stress from their everyday life.
At Kennedy's Martial Arts Academy we teach Chi Kung / Meditation as a way to develop inner peace within the student. It's a great way to de-stress and decompress from a stressful day. It allows a person to achieve balance and not be so close to the edge.
