Coach Tom Frale

Tom has trained in SAMBO since 2011. Originally trained in Tang Soo Do where he has achieved the rank of 4th degree black belt, Tom has evolved his martial skill to include sambo, judo, jiu-jitsu and wrestling. He has trained with multiple world champions in Russia.
